The five-bedroom residence located in the beautiful southern part of Nepal spans over five hundred square meters. The sustainable contemporary home includes in-built robes, a modular kitchen, entertainment areas, and a Zen Garden.

The design focuses on the use of sustainable materials not limited to bricks and timber parqueting, along with insulated cavity walls and perforated facades to maintain thermal comfort.
